Elite Warmbloods is located in Ramsay, Queensland and is owned and operated by Karen and Peter Crommelin. Peter and Karen Crommelin commenced the breeding operation of Elite Warmbloods in 1999 with the acquisition of their first Hanoverian mare Kinnordy Gesina. Mares used in the Elite Warmbloods breeding program conform to the more modern, athletic type of sport horse being bred in Germany. Stallions chosen are Hanoverian or Australian Warmblood Horse Association (AWHA) registered and where possible, frozen semen has been used to obtain the best quality German sport horse genetics.

 

Stallions used in Elite Warmbloods breeding program include Lauries As (Imp) (Londonderry/Pik Bube I), Rosario (Rubinstein/Castro), De Niro (Donnerhall/Akzent II), Rotspon (Rubinstein/Argentan), Wolkenstein II (Weltmeyer/Wendekreis), Lanthan (Lombard/Sudan xx), Londonderry (Lauries Crusader/Warkant), Gymnastik Star (Imp) (Glueckspilz/Calypso II), Prince Noir (Imp) (Prince Thatch (Dec)/Absatz), Wyndemere (Imp) (Wolkenstein II/Abajo xx), Dancier (De Niro/Lancier), River Dance (Imp) (Rubinstein/Atatürk) and Fishermans Friend (Imp) (Fabriano/Pik Solo).
