Warmbloods at Stud is located in Baxter, Victoria and is owned and operated by friends Joanne Everly and Sheree Martin (nee Scott). Joanne Everly and Sheree Scott developed Waterview Park which was situated on the Mornington Peninsula. In 2007, Joanne Everly and Sheree Martin sold Waterview Park to Amanda and David Shoobridge of Revelwood Warmblood Stud.
